Soft Skills Development in FABRICOM CZ a.s.
FABRICOM CZ a.s. continues in the provision of the soft skills trainings to all its BU Jicin employees.
The trainings have been divided in three major categories: soft skills development, language skills development (English classes) and IT classes.
Fourteen trainings have been organized between March and June 2011.
Soft skills trainings were provided to all employees- including both top management and blue collar workers.
Management Academy classes were focusing on the following issues: Communication skills development, how to communicate assertively, personal talks, and coaching.
Communication with Customer classes focused on the development of communication skills both with the internal customers (colleagues of our colleagues) and with the external customer (clients and business partners of the company).
Corporate Presentation and Communication classes focused on effective communication at the workplace. These lectures were aimed at improving of the communication skills of the blue collar workers.
Internal Tutor was a last soft skills focused training. The aim of this training is to educate two colleagues that will in the future become internal tutors for their field of expertise.
All colleagues that deal with foreign partners had access to English classes. Around fifteen colleagues have been improving their English not only by attending the classes in Jicin, but also by participating on the on-line Summer Campus. Summer Campus is a virtual on-line learning environment provided by GDF Suez.
So far has been organized one IT skills development training. The training focused on the mastering of Office Package. This first training will be followed by another five.
All the above mentioned modules will continue in the following months.
